Dr. Cha is Novotech’s Therapeutic Strategy Director, bringing more than 20 years of global oncology and hematology drug development experience across small biotech, major pharmaceutical, and clinical leadership environments. His background spans early research, global clinical development, regulatory strategy, portfolio prioritization, and commercialization across first-in-human through Phase III programs.
He has held senior roles including Chief Medical Officer, Senior Vice President of Oncology, and Global Clinical Lead, with extensive experience across solid tumors and hematological malignancies. His therapeutic expertise includes immuno-oncology, cell therapy, targeted therapies, antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), and vaccine platforms.
Dr. Cha brings deep sponsor-side insight into clinical strategy, regulatory positioning, and competitive differentiation. He has partnered cross-functionally to align scientific rigor with commercial objectives, helping translate complex oncology development strategy into clear, client-facing solutions that support accelerated asset value creation.
