Charlotte Haycox is Novotech’s Associate Director, Patient Engagement, where she established and leads the company’s global Patient Engagement team. She brings more than 20 years of clinical research experience, with expertise in patient-centric recruitment and engagement strategy across a broad range of therapeutic areas.
In her role, Charlotte works with sponsors, sites, patient advocacy groups, recruitment vendors, and internal stakeholders to improve patient access to clinical research. She develops innovative, evidence-based engagement approaches that support successful enrollment outcomes and strengthen trial delivery.
