John Moller


John joined Novotech in January 2014 to lead the development of Novotech’s Asia operations. Prior to Novotech John was Managing Director of IVF Australia and Queensland Fertility Group and sat on the Board of the parent company Virtus Health. John was previously a management consultant with the Boston Consulting Group and Partners in Performance specialising in supporting private equity transactions and implementing growth and operational improvement initiatives. John is a medical doctor by training.


Brad Campbell

CFO and Company Secretary

With a career spanning senior financial positions with a number of multinational organizations, both in North America and Australasia, Brad joined Novotech as CFO in 2006, later becoming a director in 2009. Brad began his career as a Chartered Accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers, and has extensive experience in leading corporate finance teams across the professional services, investment banking, transportation and entertainment industries.


Veronica Holloway

Director, Legal, Quality & Compliance

Veronica joined Novotech in May 2014 to formalise the legal function at Novotech. Prior to Novotech, Veronica held roles as Senior Legal Counsel at EY, Senior Solicitor at Clayton Utz and General Counsel (on secondment) at Novartis Pharmaceuticals Australia Pty Limited. Veronica has a broad range of legal experience encompassing commercial, corporate, litigation, regulatory and compliance and specialises in working in highly regulated environments. Veronica holds a BA/LLB/LLM.


Yooni Kim

Executive Director, Asia Operations

Dr. Kim is responsible for overseeing Novotech’s operations and project delivery within the Asia region. Prior to joining Novotech, Dr. Kim worked at PRA Health Sciences as Director of Operations for North Asia. Dr. Kim is very experienced in Asia’s drug development industry, having managed operations for South Korea, Taiwan, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines and Japan. She has also worked at various positions in clinical development, medical affairs, and pharmacovigilance at GSK. Dr. Kim has spoken widely regarding the current landscape of clinical development in Asia. Dr. Kim has pharmacist background and received doctorate degree of medicine from Seoul National University, specializing in Preventive Medicine and Epidemiology.


Daniela Caiazza

Director Clinical Operations ANZ

Daniela joined Novotech in 2009 and since starting her role as Director of Clinical Operations ANZ in 2018 is responsible for the strategic planning and management of the clinical operations team to ensure project deliverables.  Previous to Novotech, Daniela worked with Pfizer Pharmaceuticals.  Daniela comes from a strong academic research background in cardiovascular and heart disease-related drug development and holds a BSc (Hons) and PhD in Chemistry. 


Andries Claassen

Director, Biometrics

Andries joined Novotech in September 2008 and has lead Biometrics operations since January 2016. Andries has 15 years’ experience in Clinical Research as Clinical Database Programmer at Quintiles, Manager, Clinical Data Management at Quintiles and Clinical Data Manager in Quality, Training and Development at Eli Lilly Australia. He has in depth experience with database design and study management in Endocrine, various Oncology studies, Urology, Pain and Thyroid disease - from Phase I to Phase IV and Post-marketing studies. Andries has a track record of meeting all study milestones. 


Radha Jha

Director, Medical Services

Radha joined Novotech in April 2007 and held a number of senior project management positions. Radha leads Medical Services at Novotech, driving the company's business strategy in medical monitoring, medical writing, pharmacovigilance and central laboratory. Radha comes from a strong academic background in physiology, neuroendocrinology and drug development with postdoctoral experience in neuroendocrinology and respiratory medicine. 


Gabrielle Mckee

Chief Operating Officer

With over 25 years’ experience in managing clinical teams and projects at international CROs and local Biotech companies, pharmacovigilance roles in the pharmaceutical industry, and support to development of Biometrics function, Gabby offers both clients and CNS' own team her unique insight into clinical research management. Having initially joined CNS in 2003, then returning in 2006, Gabby drove the development of CNS into the early phase specialist CRO in the region and continues to lead the CNS Clinical Operations team within the Novotech group.


Kim Wong

Director, Quality Assurance

Kim joined Novotech in 2002 and is responsible for overseeing Novotech’s Quality Management System. Kim began her clinical research career working for number of pharmaceutical companies. She has over 19 years experience in clinical research across a wide range of therapeutic and functional areas; including site management and monitoring, project management, regulatory affairs and quality assurance. Kim has a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Science.


Angela Edwardson

Director, Human Resources

Angela joined Novotech in November 2015 and is responsible for Novotech's Human Resources operations including strategy, organisational development, remuneration & reward and workplace health and safety. Prior to joining Novotech, Angela’s HR experience spans more than 20 years predominately in the life science industry and also more recently with a high growth on-line education business. Angela is passionate about delivering Novotech's vision of being the leading CRO in the Asia Pacific region, for both clients and employees. 


Stuart Hall

Director, Project Management

Stuart joined Novotech in 2009 and has lead Novotech’s Project Management team since 2010.  As Director of Project Management, Stuart is responsible for project delivery across the Asia Pacific region.  Stuart has over 25 years experience in clinical research across all study phases and a wide range of therapeutic areas.  Stuart has over 20 years CRO experience working for global and local CROs and has held Director roles at Kendle International and Synermedica.  Stuart holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Science. 


Barry Murphy

Director, Business Development

Barry joined in July 2014 to lead the growth of Novotech’s Business Development team. Barry started his career as a pharmacist having graduated from Trinity College Dublin. He began his clinical research career with ICON and worked in both Dublin and Sydney, fulfilling a number of roles before settling in proposals, contracts and later business development. Barry relocated to San Francisco, where he is currently based, in March 2017 bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience in APAC to the US.


Ian Hayes

Director, Information Technology

Ian currently leads the IT department at Novotech. A veteran of the company, Ian joined Novotech in 2004 as an IT consultant from a background of both management and technical experience consulting to a broad range of industries over a 20 year career. Ian specialises in delivering IT Strategy to support rapid growth and transformation change for both company and clients, Information System management of GxP compliant systems ensuring high utility and continuity, and facilitating data driven decisions across all functions of the business. 


Kristyn Munro

Director, Business Development Operations

Kristyn leads Novotech’s Business Development Operations teams, encompassing both Client Operations and Proposals, Budgets and Contracts.  Kristyn has enjoyed a career in clinical development for over twenty years, having worked for Bristol-Myers- Squibb, Astra-Zeneca and Amgen, prior to joining Novotech in 2009.  She has led multiple global clinical development programmes, most notably in chronic hepatitis B, and has been fortunate to manage several oncology phase III studies through registration with compounds that are now making a significant difference in patients’ lives.  Kristyn holds Bachelor’s degrees in Biomedical Sciences (infectious disease) and Pharmacy.


Valentin Moingeon, Pharm.D, CFA

Senior Marketing Manager

Valentin joined the company in 2016 to lead the Marketing and Analytics team, and has over 10 years of experience in the Life Science sector. Prior to joining Novotech, Valentin held several roles in the Pharmaceutical Industry in Business Development in Europe and Asia.
Valentin is a Doctor of Pharmacy and a CFA Charterholder.
