Tom is Novotech's Director, Therapeutic Strategy, serving as the company's senior subject-matter expert for Immunology and Infectious Disease. He brings 18 years of biopharma industry experience across clinical operations, business development, and therapeutic strategy, with significant expertise in early phase clinical development in the Asia Pacific region.
In his current role, Tom provides therapeutic and scientific leadership for protocol design, study feasibility, and scientific advisory interactions, helping align programs with global standards of care and early- and late-stage development trends.
He has previously held roles across regional and global CROs and has supported clinical trials in novel therapy modalities, particularly Advanced Therapy Medicinal Products (ATMPs). Tom holds a First-Class Honours degree in Chemistry from University College Dublin.
